It's a wonder! our brains are composed of about 70% water with our bodies as whole around 50-70% water? Keeping hydrated makes a huge impact on our minds and bodies performance.
We all have a favourite soft drink, coffee/tea combinations to enjoy during the day and caffeine can help us energise and focus. Our bodies and brains can require more fluids than you think, according to the conditions and challenges of the day!
