  • Made locally in the UK to reduce carbon miles

  • Plastic-free tape & minimal excess packaging


Greener Day-to-Day Operations

 

We make sustainability part of everyday choices:

  • Solar-powered HQ

  • Cycle/run to work culture

  • Royal Mail delivery – tapping into existing routes to reduce emissions

  • VOOM Points Rewards for:

    • Recycling used wrappers

    • Car sharing to events

  • Event partnerships that encourage surplus stock returns or reuses

We’ve teamed up with Rab for our official VOOM kit — a brand that shares our passion for the outdoors and takes real action to protect it. Rab is part of Equip Outdoor Technologies, whose sustainability practices are guided by transparency, science, and long-term vision.

Supporting the Lake District

 

 

We’re proud supporters of the Lake District Foundation, a charity dedicated to protecting the landscapes, wildlife, and cultural heritage of the Lake District for future generations.

VOOM contributes to their environmental work through donations and awareness campaigns, including targeted fundraising efforts like our Christmas gift bundle initiative. Our partnership helps support projects such as:

  • Fix the Fells – maintaining and repairing upland footpaths to reduce erosion and protect fragile ecosystems.

  • Clean water initiatives – reducing pollution and improving the health of lakes, rivers, and wetlands.
