Gauld

Jodie Gauld Lakeland 100
Jodie Gauld is a Cornwall-based trail ultra runner with a simple drive: to explore the world on her own two feet and find out just how far she can go. She grew up running across rock pools in search of the best sea creatures, scrambling over technical terrain before she ever knew it was a skill – and that early instinct to move, explore and wonder has never left her. She discovered ultra running at 20 and hasn’t looked back. A seven-time finisher of the Lakeland 100 (including 3rd female and the youngest “Lakeland Legend”) and 2nd female at the 2025 Dragon’s Back Race – 380km across the spine of Wales with 16,400m of ascent – she is also the first known person to run the Bartang Valley in Tajikistan, documented in the multi-award-winning film Running the Roof. The Dragon’s Back perhaps best captures what draws her to this sport: a race that felt bigger than her before, during, and after finishing it. Pushing physical, mental and emotional limits through wild, beautiful places.. VOOM fuels her time on the trails – her go-to is the Berry Pocket Rocket Caffeine Kick, with Fusion Fuel a close and ever-present contender. Gib

Philippa Gib
Philippa Gib is a makeup artist and content creator from the north east who loves to be creative. Pip runs ultramarathons and generally just loves being outside, pushing her limits and seeing just how far she can take herself. She’s constantly chasing that feeling of getting stronger, going further and finding out where my physiological handbrake really is because if she’s honest, she always want more. For Pip, endurance is about so much more than the finish line. She love’s the journey of getting to those start lines. The hard training blocks that keeps her mind ticking and having something to focus on. But most of all, Pip loves doing it for the women. If she can inspire even one woman to believe she is capable of more than she thought, then that makes me happy. And if there’s one thing that gets her through a ultra, it’s the VOOM carb mixes, oh and the caffeine squares. She loves the caffeine!
