VOOM ambassador and GB climber, Lily Kinnersley, kindly shares with us her delicious RecoverFudge cookie recipe. Climbing since the age of 5 when she discovered her love and natural ability for climbing, Lily has been competing since the age of 7, winning various national titles along the way.
The recipe is especially good after a hard session or makes a lovely gift for a fitness fanatic friend! We made the recipe into 16 cookies but you can make more if they’re a bit smaller. Either way they’re sure to go quickly if you share them out after training!
